Agreement

By purchasing or using ConvX, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software, and we'll happily refund your purchase within 30 days.

License

When you purchase ConvX, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on up to 3 machines that you personally own or control. This includes the desktop app, CLI, and MCP server. All features, all formats, all future updates.

  • One license = one person, up to 3 machines
  • The license is perpetual and never expires
  • All future updates are included at no additional cost
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense ConvX

Pricing

ConvX costs $20 USD, one time. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. The price may change for new customers in the future, but existing license holders are never affected.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ConvX doesn't work for you, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full.

What you can do

  • Use ConvX for personal or commercial purposes
  • Use ConvX on up to 3 machines you own
  • Use the CLI and MCP server in automated workflows
  • Use ConvX output files however you want. They're your files

What you can't do

  • Redistribute or resell ConvX or your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the ConvX binary
  • Use ConvX to build a competing file conversion service
  • Share your license key publicly

ConvX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ensure conversions are accurate and the software is reliable, but we cannot guarantee perfect results for every file and format combination. Always keep your original files.

Limitation of liability

ConvX's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software ($20). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ConvX.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to license holders via email. Continued use of ConvX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
